Search products and slice the Harvest Report by tag

Release Date:
June 9, 2026
Searchable Products filter and new Tags filter on the Harvest Report

The Harvest Report and the Orders Report do similar jobs, but their filters haven't always lined up — which meant pulling the same slice from both took more time than it should have. This release closes two of the biggest gaps.

The Products filter on the Harvest Report is now searchable. Start typing a product name to jump straight to it — no more scrolling through the whole catalog to find one item.

A new Tags filter lets you scope the Harvest Report to one or more product tags. Pick a vendor tag, for example, and you get a clean, vendor-specific harvest list — on screen, in the CSV, and on the printed sheet. Hand it off directly without rebuilding it by hand each week.

The Tags filter also flows through to the Orders Report CSV export and the Harvest Report's Location and Product breakdown CSVs, so every export from these reports now matches what you see on the screen.

More to come — a shared sort control, a Stop # column, and route-and-stop sorting are next in line to fully unify the two reports.

Aaron at Fibonacci Farm wanted to scope the Harvest Report to a single vendor tag and export a clean, vendor-specific harvest list to hand off directly, instead of rebuilding that slice by hand each week. The new Tags filter falls out of that ask: one toggle, scoped report, scoped CSV, scoped print.

Your farm is growing.
Your platform should keep up.

Our roadmap is built from farmer conversations, not corporate planning cycles. You ask. We build. You see it live.
