- Take pride in doing the job right, every time
- Communicate clearly when things change (because they will)
What we're looking for
- Reliable, on time, and easy to work with
- Comfortable with physical work outdoors in all weather
- Cares about how food gets grown and where it goes
- Bonus: prior farm or food experience (not required)
