Questions from farms hiring right now
Do I need to be on Farmhand to use this?
Farmhand Jobs lives inside the Farmhand website product. If you don't have a Farmhand site yet, that's fine — submit the form and we'll walk through both when we reach out. Most farms are live within 2 weeks.
What if I have more than one open role?
Post as many as you need — each one gets its own card on your jobs page and its own social post. Text us a new role anytime, no logging in.
How do applications come in?
Two ways: applicants fill out a short form right on your jobs page, OR they email Farmhand and we route it to you. Either way, every application lands in your Farmhand inbox — same place as member messages. No new tool to check.
What does it cost?
It's included with the Farmhand website product. Most CSA farms pay between $80 and $200/month total — and many save money by dropping the separate tools they used to pay for. Ari will walk through pricing when we reach out.
Can I take a posting down when the role is filled?
Yes — just text "close" or "pause" and the page comes down. Or text "fill: delivery driver" to close one role and keep the others up.
