Farmer Story · Wilton, NY
Aliza runs a cooperative CSA, a garden center, and a farmstand. What she needed was a Farmhand.
She got one. The Day Dream Farmer added 100+ members in 90 days — and the whole operation moved into one place.
When she needs something, she texts it.
15 minutes with Ari — our founder, and a farmer.
In her words
"You can't just open a pickup site and think the memberships will fill themselves."

"Hey farmhand,
can you…"
Aliza texts what she needs. A real person on the Farmhand team does it and texts her back — usually before she's out of the truck.
That's the whole process. Most farmers have to see it to believe it.
So here's a season of it — and everything it built.
See what she runs ↓She's never starting from a blank page.
Whatever the week calls for — a flash sale, a new pickup site, changed farmstand hours, a QR flyer for the counter — the piece already exists, templated on her brand. She says which one and when.

Shares people can actually say yes to.
Weekly or biweekly. Skips and holds members handle themselves. Multiple pickup sites, a farm box, a local egg share. Flexibility is what added 100 members in 90 days.

A storefront that's open between boxes.
She runs a cooperative — her neighbors' harvest sells alongside her own. Eggs from Latremore Pine Ridge, produce from local farms, plants from her greenhouse. Members top up the box they're already getting, and everyone else can just buy.

Her members text a real human. It just isn't her.
Seven days a week by chat, email and SMS — a team that knows her farm and her members by name. The messages that used to eat her weeknights get handled before she sees them.

A week to source it. A day to get it right.
Orders close a week out, which gives her time to buy from neighboring farms before a single box is packed. From there: labels in route order, stops ordered for the shortest run, and a photo at every drop.

What would you text your farmhand?
Bring the thing you've been putting off — the flyer, the flash sale, the pickup site that won't fill, the spreadsheet you hate. Fifteen minutes with Ari, our founder and a farmer. He'll tell you straight whether we're the partner you need.
