Want to promote tonight's event to everyone who isn't already coming? Until now, the Event filters only matched people who were registered — great for messaging ticket-holders, but no way to leave them out. Now the Campaign audience builder and the Contacts segment builder have an 'Is none of' operator for Event filters. Choose which Events and Registration Statuses to exclude. By default, Confirmed and Checked in are selected, making it easy to recapture Cancelled registrations. The recipient count updates in real time, it works for both email and SMS, and the exclusion sticks when you save and reopen the campaign.
