Fifteen minutes with Ari. Bring the thing you wish your software did, and he'll tell you if it's already built.

When someone joins your herdshare, they're buying part ownership of your herd. Until now, that bill of sale was tucked inside the terms they ticked at signup — and once they'd signed up, they had no copy to keep.
Now the last step of signup says it plainly: they're purchasing a share in your herd and agreeing to your Herdshare Agreement, which they can open and read before they agree. Once their payment goes through, they're emailed a Bill of Sale listing the shares they bought, each fee (the buy-in and the jar fee), the total, and the exact agreement they accepted.
Every bill of sale is also saved on the member's subscription, so they can reopen it any time — and you'll find the same record on their Contact. It always shows the version of your agreement they accepted, even after you update it. Subscriptions you set up for a member get one too, once their invoice is paid. Farms that don't run a herdshare won't see any change.
Built with Mark at Raw Milk Oregon, who needed every new herdshare member to leave signup with a written bill of sale for the shares they bought.
