Fifteen minutes with Ari. Bring the thing you wish your software did, and he'll tell you if it's already built.

On a herdshare, a member taking two gallons a week owns more of the herd than one taking a half-gallon. Until now Farmhand could only charge one flat setup fee per plan, so both paid the same buy-in.
Now your product can carry two fees, each priced per share: an ownership fee for the buy-in and a container fee for the jar deposit, each under the name you use — "Herd share purchase" or "Jar set," say. A member who signs up for four half-gallon shares pays four times each rate, and both fees show as their own lines at checkout and again on the invoice.
Members only pay for shares they don't already own, so someone adding a second share — or coming back at the same size — isn't charged twice. Coupons and account credit don't discount these fees, and nothing changes on your plans until the fees are set up.
Built with Mark at Raw Milk Oregon, who charges $35 per half-gallon share plus a jar deposit, and needed each member paying for exactly the shares they own.
