New members get your handbook in their welcome text

The subscription welcome SMS with a Member Handbook link

When someone signs up for a plan, the welcome text that confirms their membership now includes a link to your farm's Member Handbook — so new members can find FAQs, pickup details, and other onboarding info right away instead of writing in. If you've set a Member Handbook URL on your farm profile (a Business Pro feature), the text links straight to it; if not, it falls back to Farmhand's general Member Support Center. We also trimmed the opening line from "Your CSA membership to [Farm] is confirmed!" to "Your membership to [Farm] is confirmed!" so it reads right for herdshares and other non-CSA programs that share the same welcome.
