Members can add ACH and cash/check themselves

Release Date:
June 4, 2026
The Add payment method menu on the member Account Payment page

Until now, members could only add credit or debit cards on their own — switching to ACH meant canceling their subscription and signing up again, and paying by cash or check meant a support request. Now the Add payment method button on the member's Account → Payment page offers every payment type your farm supports: card, bank account (ACH), or cash/check, with EBT/SNAP coming soon. A newly added method automatically becomes the default, any saved method can be set as default or removed, and when a member adds a bank account, any past-due invoices are automatically retried against it — so an overdue balance can be cleared just by attaching one. For now, alternate payment methods apply to CSA invoices; one-time retail orders still require a card. And if your farm only accepts cards, your members' page stays exactly as it was.
