Set a due-date cap for offline CSA payments

Until now, offline CSA invoices have always been due on the first fulfillment date, which can be months out. For farms that accept cash or check, that means the farm doesn't reap the benefits of pre-season signups.
A new setting called "Max Offline Net Payment Terms" lets you cap how long members have to pay. Set it to 14 or 30 days, and offline invoices are due that many days after signup — not whenever their first box arrives. If the calculated date would land after the first delivery, the system uses the delivery date instead.
Members see a clear due date on Step 3 of signup, in their invoice email, and in your existing reports. Works for renewals too.
