Fifteen minutes with Ari. Bring the thing you wish your software did, and he'll tell you if it's already built.

Until now, a new shopper got partway through checkout and was sent off to a separate "let's get you signed up" page before they could pay. Plenty of them never made it back.
Now it's all one page: where and when, their details, and payment, placed together. New shoppers don't need an account first — one is created as they order, and they confirm it with a code sent by text. Returning shoppers can sign in right on the page and keep everything in their cart.
The Place order button is never greyed out without a reason: if something's missing, the page points to it and scrolls there. If a pickup spot or date they'd picked is no longer available, the page tells them instead of quietly swapping it. And shoppers can leave delivery instructions right at checkout.
Built with Katie at Armagh Creamery, who wanted new shoppers finishing their first order without a detour to a sign-up page.
