When a member's order changed, the confirmation email told them their changes were saved — but never showed what was actually on the order. Members with add-ons had no way to check their box was right without logging back in. Now the email lists every item, in the same order they see on their order details page: subscription boxes first, then any retail add-ons, each with its name and quantity. There's a "View order details" link right in the email so members can jump straight to their order. And because it works fine as an email, this alert no longer goes out as a text — one less noisy notification for your members.
