Some farms pack donated boxes for a food pantry. Others keep the payment and never pack a box. Until now, donated orders always showed up in packing, so farms that don't pack them had to work around extra boxes on the harvest report, pick lists and routes.
Now a Show donated orders switch on the Harvest report and Orders list lets you show or hide donated orders while you work. Your choice carries through to everything you download or print from there, including the orders CSV, packing slips, labels, sign-out sheets and pick lists.
Donated home delivery orders never go on a route, since they shouldn't be dropped at the member's door. Donated pickup orders still count toward their site, since some farms hand them to site staff. Printing one member's own packing slip or labels always includes their donated order.
Donated orders are still packed by default, just like today. To change that default for your farm, contact the Farmhand support team.
