Members can see which cart items don't count toward their minimum

A member on a customizable plan fills her basket to $18 against a $15 weekly minimum — and the cart still tells her she's $4 short. The math was right: $7 of that was an add-on-only item, which doesn't count toward the minimum. But nothing in the cart said so, so it looked like a mistake to her and to whoever fielded her email.
Now the "Add-on Only" badge appears on those line items in the cart itself, not just on the shop page. Hovering or tapping it explains why the item doesn't help reach the weekly minimum. That explanation was reworded everywhere it appears — quick view, product details, and now the cart — to say plainly that add-on-only items don't count toward your order minimum.
The badge only shows for members on a customizable plan, since that's the only place the distinction applies. Regular items and other plan types are unchanged.
