Double-up a Pending Order

A member asks for an extra box this week. If their next order was already open, there was no way to do that in the app — double-ups only worked on a future delivery, created when a member skipped. Someone had to edit the box quantity in the database and fix the member's credits by hand.
Now the Order Details page has a Make this a double-up action — for the whole delivery, or just one share or add-on. The quantity becomes 2, credits and billing sort themselves out, and you can undo it any time before the order's cutoff. The doubled order shows correctly everywhere: customer, admin, and farmer order views, the fulfillment pages, and printed pack slips and labels.
How the extra box gets paid for depends on the subscription, and the confirmation dialog spells out which case applies before you commit:
- A remaining prepaid credit covers it — nothing extra is charged, and the subscription ends one delivery earlier.
- The subscription's last prepaid credit covers it — the subscription renews early, billed at this order's cutoff.
- No prepaid credit available, as on pay-as-you-go — the extra box goes on this order's own invoice at its cutoff.
