The terms and conditions your members agree to at signup, and your shoppers agree to at checkout, used to live where only the Farmhand team could see them. You couldn't read the terms your own customers were accepting, and every change meant contacting support.
Now you can manage them yourself. Go to Settings › Organization › Policies to find your Subscription terms and Retail terms. For each one you can:
Add terms if you don't have any yet
Click View terms to read them exactly as your customers see them
Click Update to edit the wording, with bold, italics, lists and links
Choose whether customers must check the box to agree before they can sign up or check out
Click View history to see every earlier version, when it was published and who changed it
When you save, your new terms take effect right away. Anyone who signs up or checks out after that sees and agrees to the new version. Customers who already agreed to an earlier version aren't asked to agree again.
