It was too easy to accidentally delete a product or variant that was still tied to an active CSA box — and because deleted items vanish from the dashboard with no self-serve way to bring them back, that could quietly throw subscriptions, fulfillment, and reporting out of sync. The risk was highest at the product level, where subscription variants are hidden from view, so a product could be deleted without anyone realizing a subscription was attached underneath. Now, when a product or variant is linked to an active CSA plan, the delete action is turned off for farmers, with a tooltip explaining why. Admins keep the ability to delete but see a clear warning first. Anything not linked to a CSA plan works exactly as before.
