See exactly which version of your terms each member agreed to

Your terms and conditions are the agreement a member accepts at signup — and for a herdshare or raw-milk farm, they're a legal document. Until now, editing them quietly rewrote the wording everyone had already agreed to, and nothing recorded which version a member actually accepted.
Now every change to your terms is saved as a new, numbered version, and earlier versions stay readable for good. Saving without changing the wording doesn't create a new one.
At any farm that requires terms at signup, each new subscription gets a Terms row showing the version accepted, the date, and who recorded it — the member at signup, or the staff member who set the subscription up for them. If a member signs up just as your terms change, they're held to the version they actually read.
Members see the same row on their own subscription and can open it to reread the exact text they agreed to. Existing members aren't asked to agree again — their original signup stays their record.
